8. Choice of Law; Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Use shall be finally settled in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Georgia.
